Be guided through a beautifully restorative yoga flow to bring complete harmony to your physical body. Release physical and mental tensions through restorative postures, breathwork & intentions.

Then allow yourself to be taken on a journey of deeply relaxing Sound, to balance your mind and nervous system.

Crystal Healing Bowls, Shamanic Drums, Ocean Drum, Koshi Chimes and reverberating vocals, will guide you into an altered state of awareness where deep harmonising & healing can begin. Leaving you feeling wholly connected and at complete peace, body, mind, and soul.

Soul & Sound is suitable for all levels of yoga, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything to make you comfortable for your sound relaxation, ie. blanket, cushion, eye mask. Please wear comfortable clothes which you can move freely in.
